The wide and large sized neodymium arc magnets is mainly use for rotor or rotator. The material provide high energy also strong coercive force which is important to motor design, our 38SH material is also used in motor for OTIS elevator.

For the machining of arc shape magnet, we usually use wire cutting to cut the shape from block material, but we are also developing one time forming technic for arc shape to reduce the machining cost.
